LOVE IS A CHOICE
LOVE IS A CHOICE

Every day when we awaken, we have choices and decisions to make. I

can open the bedroom window and see the beautiful golden desert sunrise

or I can become like my neighbor abruptly reach for the window blinds and

berate the fact the dam hot sun is in my eyes.

I can choose to stay in bed listening the the subtle sounds of the many different colored birds chirping and delightfully singing in the morning breeze. Or I can take on the disposition of my neighbor and choose to bark "those dam noisy birds "can't they just SHUT UP."

The first five to ten minutes after a person awakens can be the choice for a positive or negative outlook for that day. There are basically only two ways to approach life, "as a victim or as a gallant fighter." One has to decide how they want to act or react. If you don't decide, someone else will decide for you later." M. Shain

It is important to become responsible for ourselves and choosing behaviors, beliefs, friends and activities that are healthy is important. Too much effort is put into following social and worldly views and ideas. Instead most don't follow what is right or good, most follow what feels right or looks good.

Wouldn't it be great if everyone chose to be loving and not hateful. Wouldn't it be nice, if we expressed kindness instead of anger and hate. Wouldn't it be exceptional, if we could show honor and

praise for each other. It is a choice! It can be done! it is healthy!

Yes positive choices are good for us to start each day. Choosing behaviors that help us make good decisions are best. It leads us to reject negative ideas. Good choices lead to good decisions and good opportunities. It can be exhilarating. LOVE IS A CHOICE, HOW ABOUT CHOOSING LOVE?

Spreading love, shining light, and sharing laughter

Sometimes, hope tiptoes in disguised as a giggle: a small, unexpected burst of joy that reminds us life still holds beauty. Laughter doesn’t erase the hard moments, but it gently lifts the weight, making room for light to peek through.
